Build with Intention.
Midtown Garden Homes is a nine unit residential development started by Jack Hawkins, Piper Stremmel, Chris Reilly, and Ian Anderson in the heart of Midtown Reno. The goal is to create a small community of elevated living spaces that blend thoughtful architecture, shared outdoor space, and a strong sense of place.
Tucked just off Cheney Street, Midtown Garden Homes offers five individually owned parcels oriented around a lush, communal garden. With a focus on high-quality materials, walkability, and connection to Reno’s creative core, the project brings modern design and neighborhood charm together in one of the city's most vibrant districts.

The Architect
Jack Hawkins established Hawkins and Associates in Reno, NV in 1994. Hawkins and Associates is LEED certified and is committed to creating architecture that is beautiful, functional and sustainable.
Each project is designed to be a unique reflection of the client and the intended function of the structure. In addition, each design is tailored to its specific site, topography, and climate. Great care is taken to integrate the structure, technology, and mechanical systems with the architecture and interiors. Construction detailing and construction administration are given the same level of care and respect as the creative design process.
